Arrival and departure
Check-in from 16:00; check-out before 10:00. All listed rooms have a minimum stay of two nights.
Guests and bedding
Respect the capacity of your room: 1 guest in rooms 201 and 601; 2 guests in 202, 402, 602, 702, 803 and 903. Confirm bedding for rooms 601 and 803 with the host before booking.
Smoking and pets
The listed rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
Guest registration
The Airbnb listing requests guest information and an online agreement. Confirm the identification documents required with the host after booking.
Safety
The listing discloses cameras in shared areas or at entrances. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are listed for each room.
Booking and cancellation
Bookings and payments are handled by Airbnb. Prices and cancellation terms depend on your dates and booking conditions; review them on Airbnb.
In a residential building
No parties, events or commercial photography. Remove shoes indoors and keep noise low. Turn off lights and air conditioning when going out, wash used dishes and cookware, use the designated rubbish area, and do not remove room items.
Additional charges in the listing
The Airbnb rules list: smoking cleanup ¥20,000; indoor-shoe cleanup ¥15,000; excessive soiling ¥30,000; leaving lights or air conditioning on at checkout ¥10,000; unauthorised late checkout ¥10,000 per hour; improperly discarded rubbish ¥10,000; unregistered additional guests ¥20,000 each; and disposal of suitcases or similar items ¥10,000. During your stay
Guests purchase any extra consumables once the supplied amount is used. The listing also specifies charges for excessive utility use and removal of room items. Ask through Airbnb before using the host’s contact number for a restaurant or taxi booking. Read the arrival instructions in advance, especially if arriving after 22:00.
